Great to work with at time of distress, indoor water line failure causing water throughout our winter home. Heartland responded within three hours of notification, set up dehumidifiers to mitigate and reduce moisture to acceptable level. Continued to remove and replace flooring ,carpeting and baseboard . Completed in a timely manner . Fantastic to work with with minimal stress! I would most definitely highly recommend .

When we experienced a mold issue we could not have been in better hands than with Joe and his team at Heartland Restoration. From start to finish they were the ultimate professionals. Joe was very honest and upfront about all my options while at the same time teaching me about the different kinds of mold so I had the necessary information to make the right decisions. When we got my parents to Florida this year we found a mess that had flooded their home and mold had set in pretty bad. We were fortunate enough to have someone give us
this number to have them check it out for us. Joe had told us we would need air quality to check it first and gave me their number. Don was very prompt and came out the next morning and took the samples he needed to be sent in and a couple days later we had results. NOT GOOD RESULTS. Heartland came over right away and looked everything over and pretty much said everything was ruined but they would go thru and save what they could. They were very prompt and professional.
